● Med review: identify meds (causing orthostatic symptoms, high dose statins causing proximal weakness) and OTC meds that may be causing drug interactions

● Consider ruling out UTI

● Home Health PT/OT assessment for home safety assessment, transfer training, and muscle strengthening

● Get a motorized recliner - forward angle allows the individual to easily get up from the chair

● If unable to get a motorized recliner, consider raising the resting height of a seat/recliner by placing on a raised platform

● Get a hospital bed with rails

● Wheeled Walker

● Out of the home for exercise/activities
